We Ship Worldwide!

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

The estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Portugal: Up to 3-6 working days.

  • Europe: Approximately 10 to 15 working days.

  • Rest of the World: Around 15 to 20 working days.

 

(Please note that these deadlines may be extended during peak periods)

We use TNT for shipping within mainland Portugal, while shipments to islands and the rest of the world are handled by registered CTT (with tracking numbers).

In the case of shipments by CTT within Continental Portugal, this service is provided only upon the customer's request, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or issues.

Important Information Regarding TNT:

  • After making a purchase on our website, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order's progress.

  • Once shipped, your order will be delivered to your address within 24 hours. Please ensure you provide an address where you will be present, as TNT is a private carrier and does not leave items in mailboxes.

  • After being handed over to the carrier, the item becomes the sole responsibility of the customer and TNT.

returns & refunds

Returns

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, you have the option to exchange the item or request a refund. Please note that this policy applies exclusively to online shopping.

The return policy is valid for a period of 14 days from the date the customer receives the item. After this timeframe, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Prior to initiating a return or exchange, you are required to inform us by contacting us via email at info@anahi.in or through our Instagram page. Upon notification, you will receive an email confirmation along with the address to which you should send the item.

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns for products purchased during sales.

  • Returns are not accepted for items purchased at markets.
