WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

The estimated shipping time is:

  • Portugal til 2 working days;

  • Europe from 10 to 15 working days;

  • Rest of the World from 10 to 15 working days.

* (These deadlines may extend during peak periods)

We ship by TNT to mainland Portugal.

Shipments to Islands and Rest of the World by registered CTT (with tracking nr).

We ship by CTT (in Continental Portugal) only by the customer's request, and we are not responsible for any loss or problem.

Important information about TNT:

~ After the purchase made on the website, we always send an email with the tracking number so that you can follow
the order;
~ After shipping, the order is delivered to your address within 24 hours;

~ After being delivered to the carrier, the item is entirely the customer's and TNT responsibility;

~ Após a compra feita no site, enviamos sempre um e-mail com o número de tracking para que seja possível seguir a encomenda;
~ Após o envio, a encomenda é entregue na morada em 24 horas;
~ É importante que coloque uma morada onde vai estar presente, pois é uma transportadora privada e não deixam artigos em caixas de correio;
~ Após ser entregue à transportadora, o artigo é inteiramente da responsabilidade do cliente / transportadora;

If for some reason you don't like it and want to return it, you can change the piece or we can refund you.

The policy lasts for 14days from when the customer receives the item.

How can I return it or Change it?

Before proceeding with any return or change, you must inform us at info@anahi.in or through our Instagram page.

Then you will receive an email confirming, and the address to which you must send the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

* We do not accept exchange or return of products on sales.

* We do not accept returns for purchases made in markets.
